SAF may, in its sole discretion, modify these terms and conditions and any related policies at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications. SAF may terminate your use of any service provided on the website if you breach any of the provisions set out in these terms and conditions.

• All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation or rescheduling, in which case refunds will be issued at the discretion of Sharjah Art Foundation.

• All ticket prices are subject to change without notice.

• Sharjah Art Foundation reserves the right to limit the number of tickets purchased per customer, per event, or per transaction.

• Sharjah Art Foundation reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.

• Each ticket entitles the holder to one entry to the specified event.

• Admission to events is subject to the terms and conditions of the venue and Sharjah Art Foundation.

• Sharjah Art Foundation reserves the right to refuse entry to any person, and to remove any person from the venue who fails to comply with the terms and conditions of entry.

• The use of this website and the entire contents of this website, including all articles, images, logos and trademarks (collectively, the 'Content'), are governed by the rules and regulations of the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of the U.A.E., the laws of Sharjah, the copyright laws of the U.A.E., and other federal laws of the U.A.E. (collectively, 'Applicable Law'). The copyright contained in the Content is the property of SAF, unless otherwise stated, and may not be produced without prior written permission from SAF.

• SAF has made reasonable efforts to ensure that all third party content reproduced on this website has been done with the full consent of copyright owners. SAF does not accept responsibility for the content, accuracy or reliability of any linked website. To the extent permissible by Applicable Law, SAF excludes all liability which may arise from your use of, or reliance upon, information provided by any linked site.

• In the event of any dispute arising out of your use of this website, the courts of the Emirate of Sharjah, U.A.E. shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve such dispute.

• Individuals may access, download and temporarily store the Content for the sole purpose of personal viewing, with no addition or alteration. Content may only be reproduced for personal, educational or non-commercial research purposes. Users must date and credit such information with the name of the SAF, or the appropriate artists, speakers, affiliated parties, as the case may be. • SAF is committed to take reasonable steps to protect your privacy rights and personal data in connection with your use of this website. Any personal data collected from you when using this website (including requests to receive e-mail newsletters, or your participation in online forms), shall not be provided to third parties without your agreement, unless SAF is required to do so in connection with legal proceedings in the U.A.E. or elsewhere.

• SAF will use your personal data to provide you with information about SAF’s activities and services, and to respond to your inquiries and requests. If at any time you no longer wish to receive communications from SAF, please inform us by email at info@sharjahart.org.

• SAF has tried to ensure that the Content is accurate at the time of posting. SAF cannot, however, guarantee the accuracy of the Contents, and any person using the website does so entirely at their own risk.

• You will not post anything on the SAF website that can be considered to be in any way harmful, threatening, abusive, vulgar, obscene, harassing, defamatory, offensive to any race, sexual orientation or ethnicity, or illegal under Applicable Law, or to promote political views otherwise objectionable in the U.A.E. You will not post or transmit chain letters, pyramid or money schemes. You agree that you will not use postings to offer items or services for sale or place advertisements for goods, products or services of third parties.

• You must use your personal e-mail account for postings attributed personally to you. You must not impersonate any person or post in a manner that is too frequent or deliberately antagonistic or that constitutes ‘spam’. You must not post links with multiple windows or sites that may contain material that will result in damage to reader’s computers. You warrant that the Content of your posting is original to you, and that you will not post any Content that might infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

• SAF reserves the right to monitor the content of your postings before publication, and the right in its absolute discretion not to publish any material that you post. When posting, you consent to the monitoring of your post prior to publishing, as well as to the right of the SAF to edit postings for the purpose of formatting for legibility purposes.

• SAF has taken every precaution to check and test the material provided on this site. SAF shall not be liable for any loss, disruption or damage to your data or your computer system which may occur whilst using this site or any material derived herein.

The views and opinions expressed in the user-generated content on this site are not those of the SAF, nor does SAF endorse the content in terms of accuracy or completeness of the content. When you gain access to other websites by links or hypertext through your use of this website, you agree that the SAF is not responsible or liable for the use of such websites. الشروط والأحكام

يقرّ المستخدم بموافقته على الالتزام بالشروط والأحكام المذكورة بمجرد زيارته للموقع الإلكتروني لمؤسسة الشارقة للفنون واستخدامه.

يجوز لمؤسسة الشارقة للفنون وفق تقديرها تعديل هذه الشروط والأحكام وأية سياسات ذات صلة في أي وقت، ويوافق المستخدم على الالتزام بجميع هذه التعديلات. يجوز لمؤسسة الشارقة للفنون إنهاء استخدام أية خدمة على موقعها الإلكتروني في حال خالف المستخدم ما تنص عليه هذه الشروط والأحكام.

• يخضع استخدام هذا الموقع الإلكتروني وكامل محتوياته، بما في ذلك المقالات والصور والشعارات والعلامات التجارية (يشار إليها مجتمعة بلفظ "المحتوى") للقوانين واللوائح الصادرة عن هيئة تنظيم الاتصالات في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وقوانين إمارة الشارقة، وقوانين حقوق الطباعة والنشر السارية في الدولة، وغيرها من القوانين الإماراتية المعمول بها (يشار إليها مجتمعة بلفظ "القانون الساري"). تعود ملكية حقوق الطباعة والنشر المذكورة في المحتوى لصالح مؤسسة الشارقة للفنون، ما لم يذكر النص خلاف ذلك، ولا يجوز نسخه دون موافقة خطية مسبقة من مؤسسة الشارقة للفنون.

• حاولت مؤسسة الشارقة للفنون التأكد من دقة المحتوى عند نشره، إلا أنها لا تستطيع ضمان دقته، ويكون استخدام الموقع الإلكتروني على مسؤولية المستخدم الخاصة.

• لا يمكن للمستخدم نشر ما يمكن اعتباره ضاراً أو مهدداً أو مسيئاً أو مبتذلاً أو بذيئاً أو مزعجاً أو مهيناً أو جارحاً لأي عرق أو توجّه جنسي أو عرقي، أو مخالفاً للقانون الساري على الموقع الإلكتروني لمؤسسة الشارقة للفنون، أو الترويج لآراء سياسية غير مقبولة في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة. يجب على المستخدم الامتناع عن نشر أو نقل أية رسائل متسلسلة أو مخططات مالية أو هرمية. ويوافق المستخدم على عدم استخدام المنشورات لعرض بضائع أو خدمات للبيع أو نشر إعلانات لبضائع الغير أو منتجاته أو خدماته.

• يجب استخدام البريد الإلكتروني الشخصي للمنشورات العائدة للمستخدم، مع الامتناع عن انتحال شخصية أخرى أو النشر بطريقة متكررة، أو معادية عمداً، أو يمكن اعتبارها "رسائل عشوائية". لا يجوز للمستخدم نشر روابط لها نوافذ أو مواقع عديدة قد تحتوي مواداً تسبب ضرراً لحواسيب المستخدمين. يضمن المستخدم أن يكون المحتوى عائداً له، مع الامتناع عن نشر أي محتوى قد ينتهك حقوق الملكية الفكرية لأي طرف ثالث.

• تحتفظ مؤسسة الشارقة للفنون بحق مراقبة محتوى منشورات المستخدمين قبل نشرها، والحق المطلق للامتناع عن نشر أية مواد ينشرها المستخدم. يوافق المستخدم على مراقبة منشوراته قبل نشرها، بالإضافة إلى حق المؤسسة لتعديل المنشورات لأغراض وضعها ضمن التنسيق الصحيح وضمان وضوحها.

• اتخذت مؤسسة الشارقة للفنون جميع الاحتياطات لفحص جميع المواد الموجودة على موقعها واختبارها، ولا تتحمل المؤسسة المسؤولية عن أية خسارة أو تلف أو ضرر ناشئ يصيب بيانات المستخدم أو نظامه الحاسوبي أثناء استخدام هذا الموقع الإلكتروني أو أية مواد مشتقة منه.

لا تتبنى مؤسسة الشارقة للفنون الآراء والأفكار التي يعبر عنها المستخدم ضمن المحتوى الذي ينشره على هذا الموقع الإلكتروني، ولا توافق المؤسسة على المحتوى من حيث دقته أو اكتماله. عند الدخول إلى مواقع إلكترونية أخرى عبر روابط تشعبية موجودة على هذا الموقع الإلكتروني، يُخلي المستخدم المؤسسة من أية مسؤولية أو التزام جرّاء استخدام هذه المواقع الإلكتروني، وتخلي مؤسسة الشارقة للفنون مسؤوليتها عن جميع الضمانات والشروط الصريحة و/أو الضمنية الخاصة بالمحتوى.
